Specialty Systems (SpecSys, Inc.) was founded in 1997. Our parent company, Ritalka, is a business holding company based in Montevideo, Minnesota and is 100% owned by Kevin R. Wald. Ritalka provides Human Resources, IT, Finance, Facilities Management, Quality and Safety resources to SpecSys, as well as our sister companies, RVI and Integral dx.

SpecSys, Inc. is one of the few engineering firms in the country that provides true full service capabilities. We have the experience, the staff, the tools, and the capability to bring forth a full turn key project. SPEED is key. We understand that we are hired to bring a project along faster than an OEM can accomplish within their own means and resources.

SpecSys Engineering can provide market studies of the existing competition and customers, through specifications, concept designs, detail designs, and engineering analysis. We provide a documentation package that includes fabrication prints, weldment prints, assembly documentation, bills of materials, vendor sourcing information, and operator's/service/parts manuals.
